Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.\nWork Experience\nAssociate degree in a field related to construction (i.e., engineering, architecture) or equivalent related work experience required.\n2 years' of progressive experience in a role performing project management job functions for construction projects.\nProficiency in planning, scheduling, and coordinating detailed project phases, along with strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products.\n10-hour OSHA certification required.\nPrimary project financial competence (budget, labor, costs, billings), forecasting (% complete, % billed), KPI's (financial, productivity, quality, culture), and reporting (progress, schedule).\nStrong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment are essential.\nMust be authorized to work in US.\nAbility to travel extensively with a valid Driver's License.\nGovernment badge may be required for most sites, must be prepared to pass an extensive background check.\nBenefits\nAdvance your career with Stark Tech, a leader in facilities and energy solutions.
