This position plays a key role in driving financial performance and supporting our regional leadership team in achieving business objectives.\nCompensation\nThe expected pay range for this position is $125,839-$167,784 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.\nStark Tech reasonably expects to pay within this range at the time of hire. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.\nWork Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.\nSeven (7) to Ten(10) years of demonstrated Finance and Accounting leadership required.\nExperience within construction, building technologies, energy services, manufacturing, industrial services, or a related industry preferred.\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite required.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills required.\nExperience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) and financial accounting systems required.\nExperience with financial reporting, consolidation, or related accounting technology required.\nExperience supporting financial system implementations, integrations, or process improvements preferred.\nStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, FP&A/analytical and financial reporting requirements.\nStrong knowledge of consolidated financial reporting, financial close, intercompany accounting, eliminations, reconciliations, and accrual accounting.\nKnowledge of accounting practices and controls within multi-entity organizations.\nDemonstrated ability to evaluate accounting processes and implement improvements that strengthen accuracy, controls, efficiency, and scalability.\nMust be authorized to work in the United States.\nMust be able to pass pre-employment screenings.\nValid driver’s license.\nBenefits\nAdvance your career with Stark Tech, a leader in facilities and energy solutions.
