Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.\nWork Experience\nAssociate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred; advanced degree a plus.\n10+ years in mechanical building systems or energy projects.\nProven project leadership and team management experience.\nProfessional certifications preferred.\nExpertise in HVAC design, load calculations, and central plant systems.\nExperience with sequences of operation and BAS integration.\nSkilled in system retrofits, upgrades, and performance analysis.\nKnowledge of codes, safety, and environmental regulations.\nProficient in Basis of Design documents and construction specs.\nExperience coordinating with electrical, structural, controls, and architectural teams.\nProficient in Microsoft Office and industry design software.\nAbility to mentor engineers and lead cross-functional teams.\nStrong communication and customer engagement skills.\nSkilled at translating technical value into business outcomes.\nBenefits\nAdvance your career with Stark Tech, a leader in facilities and energy solutions.
