This role combines project management with hands-on financial and operational analysis to identify issues, recommend solutions and keep assigned work moving toward agreed business outcomes.\nWorking independently within an established integration approach, this individual partners with Finance, IT, Operations, Human Resources and acquired-company teams. The role owns day-to-day delivery of assigned work, uses data to support decisions and escalates changes that affect the broader integration plan.\nCompensation\nThe expected pay range for this position is $84,552-$126,828annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.\nStark Tech reasonably expects to pay within this range at the time of hire. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.\nWork Experience\nEducation, Certifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field required. \nFive (5) years of related professional experience in project management, business analysis, finance, accounting, systems implementation, consulting or a related field, required. \nSoftware & Systems\nAdvanced Excel skills, including data reconciliation, lookup functions, pivot tables and practical financial or operational analysis, required. \nWorking knowledge of business processes and enterprise systems, including how data flows into financial and operational reporting, required. \nSpecific Technical Knowledge\nAbility to create project plans and independently organize and deliver assigned project work, manage deadlines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders, required. \nStrong analytical skills, including the ability to combine and validate data from multiple sources and develop actionable recommendations, required. \nFinancial and business acumen, including the ability to interpret financial statements, understand cost and margin drivers, and evaluate project costs and benefits, required. \nAbility to document requirements, explain complex information, build consensus and handle confidential business information with discretion, required. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting mergers, acquisitions or post-acquisition integration, preferred. \nBackground in finance, accounting, FP&A, business analysis or finance transformation, preferred. \nExperience with ERP or CRM implementations, data migrations or multi-entity reporting, preferred. \nExperience with Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, SQL or comparable analysis and reporting tools, preferred. \nExperience in building solutions, construction, energy, industrial operations or field services, preferred. \nFamiliarity with Sage Intacct, Salesforce, ServiceMax, Smartsheet or comparable platforms, preferred. \nDemonstrated project leadership, mentoring or cross-functional collaboration experience, preferred. \nProject management training or certification, preferred. \nEmployment Eligibility\nMust be authorized to work in the United States. \nMust be able to pass pre-employment screenings. \nValid driver’s license (if travel is required). \nBenefits\nAdvance your career with Stark Tech, a leader in facilities and energy solutions.
