The incumbent ensures strict adherence to safety protocols, clear definition and management of project scope, timely schedule delivery, robust financial oversight, effective subcontractor coordination, and high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires leading and collaborating with diverse cross-functional internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and implement innovative solutions that align with technical specifications, operational requirements, and overarching business objectives. Additionally, the role involves proactive risk management, continuous process improvement, and strategic decision-making to drive project success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.\nWork Experience\nAssociate degree in a field related to construction (i.e., engineering, architecture) or equivalent related work experience required.\nBachelor’s degree preferred. Higher education degree and additional certifications (i.e. PMP, CEM, LEED AP, EIT, or PE) a plus.\n10+ years of progressive experience in a role performing project management job functions for construction projects required. This role requires applicable experience in building infrastructure and/or energy reduction initiatives.\n10-hour OSHA certification required. 30-hour OSHA certification a plus.\nProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office products required.\nExpert in project related software & applications such as Sage Intacct, MS Project, PowerBI\nExpert knowledge of applicable codes and industry standards required.\nAdvanced knowledge of health and safety standards and awareness of legal standards.\nAdvanced knowledge and understanding of construction contracts, including terminology, terms & conditions, specifications, roles & responsibilities, and insurance requirements.\nAdvanced project financial competence (budget, labor, costs, billings), forecasting (% complete, % billed), KPI's (financial, productivity, quality, culture), and reporting (progress, schedule).\nProficient in negotiating and process change requests.\nAbility to multitask and manage multiple projects with efficiency.\nBenefits\nAdvance your career with Stark Tech, a leader in facilities and energy solutions.
