The hourly rate is dependent on the level of expertise and includes pension, health insurance and annuity. The Company provides the necessary tools, equipment, vehicle with gas card, clothing, laptop, and cell phone.\nCompensation\nThe expected pay range for this position is $20.71-$29.58 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.\nStark Tech reasonably expects to pay within this range at the time of hire. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.\nWork Experience\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in HVAC, or the equivalent combination of education (technical school) and experience.\nMust follow union qualification process for Journeyman standing.\nKnowledge in all facets of the HVAC industry, including but not limited to Air Conditioning, Heating, Electrical, Boilers, Humidification, Dehumidification, and Refrigeration.\nMust have universal EPA CFC certification.\nMust have 10-hour OSHA certification.\nMust be a highly motivated and an independent thinker.\nMust be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high profile (often mission critical) customer setting. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.\nKnowledge of HVAC&R theory, solid mechanical, electrical troubleshooting, and repair skills required.\nAbility to read wiring diagrams, mechanical layouts and blueprints required.\nMust have experience installing clean, dry refrigeration piping systems and associated practices.\nOperating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with handheld devices, such as Smartphones, iPads, etc.\nBenefits\nAdvance your career with Stark Tech, a leader in facilities and energy solutions.
