You'll partner closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers, coordinating the moving pieces of full-cycle recruitment - scheduling, screening, verifications, and events - while helping build the pipelines that keep Stark Tech growing, including our college and university partnerships.\nWhat You'll Do\nCoordinate full-cycle recruitment activities in support of our Talent Acquisition Specialists, from applicant review through offer stage\nConduct preliminary phone screens and assist with candidate movement through the selection process\nSchedule and coordinate interviews using our Applicant Tracking System (Phenom), keeping candidates and hiring teams informed along the way\nCoordinate employment verifications, reference checks, and background screenings through our third-party screening partner\nSupport the Employee Referral Program and internal mobility process\nSource candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools\nBuild and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to support early-career talent pipelines\nCoordinate job fairs and recruiting events, including planning, logistics, and on-site representation\nRecommend process improvements and support ad hoc Talent Acquisition initiatives\nWork Experience\nWhat We're Looking For\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered\n1-2 years of experience supporting recruitment and selection processes - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, job fairs, and candidate communications\nExperience supporting recruitment across multiple roles and levels in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferred\nExcellent communication and organizational skills - comfortable multi-tasking and adapting in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment\nComfortable learning and working in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Candidate Management Systems (CMS)\nComfortable maintaining accurate recruitment records and supporting basic reporting needs\nWorking knowledge of recruitment and selection best practices and applicable federal, state, and local hiring laws\nCompensation\nIndividual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.\nBenefits\nAdvance your career with Stark Tech, a leader in facilities and energy solutions.
