customer queries relating to pricing discrepancies and returns.\n\nAssist with sourcing products and suppliers, obtaining quotations, and comparing prices, quality, specifications, and delivery terms.\n\nSupport purchase order processing and supplier coordination, including order follow-up, delivery tracking, and maintaining procurement records.\n\nAssist in bookkeeping, updating ledgers, and other accounts related tasks.\n\nLiaise with internal teams and customers to resolve account-related issues.\n\nSupport the finance team with ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks.\n\nQualifications & Skills:\n\nFamiliarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage 50, MYOB, Sage 200, Xero).\n\nStrong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.\n\nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.\n\nExperience in a financial services environment is advantageous but not essential.\n\nAbility to work
