We are looking for individuals who are keen to learn about a variety of insurance lines and enjoy working in an international environment across various countries. Over time, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop into a full Claims Handler, supporting and representing our Eastern European claims operations. This is a role with significant scope for professional development and long-term career growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nClaims Processing Support\nAssist in the intake and processing of new claims, ensuring all required documentation is collected and accurately recorded\nEnter claim information into the claims management system and update records as necessary\nRegister payments and reserves\nClaims Management\nHandle straightforward all lines claims from notification to settlement.\nGather and review claim documentation and supporting evidence.\nAssess coverage and liability within delegated authority limits.\nAppoint and manage external experts, surveyors and adjusters where required.\nEnsure accurate claim reserves are established and maintained.\nNegotiate settlements within delegated authority levels.\nMaintain claims files and systems in accordance with internal procedures.\nCustomer & Broker Service\nProvide timely communication to brokers, insureds and internal stakeholders.\nManage customer expectations throughout the claims lifecycle.\nSupport positive customer outcomes while balancing policy and business requirements.\nThe above duties and responsibilities are not an exhaustive list, and you may be required to undertake other reasonable duties compatible with your experience and competencies.
