The selected candidate will work on scalable web applications, API integrations, ERP-related workflows, AI-enabled features, and the ongoing improvement of existing software products.\nThe role requires someone who can take ownership of features from requirement gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.\nKey ResponsibilitiesTake end-to-end ownership of software features, from discovery and design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.\nGather and understand requirements from international clients, particularly in North America and Europe.\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.\nAnalyse, troubleshoot, and improve existing software applications.\nDevelop and consume REST APIs, including API documentation and version management.\nImplement secure authentication and authorization using technologies such as JWT and OAuth.\nDesign and integrate database structures using MySQL or PostgreSQL.\nBuild user-friendly application screens and responsive interfaces.\nWork on ERP-related integrations, workflows, and business processes.\nApply software development best practices related to security, maintainability, performance, and code quality.\nParticipate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and technical documentation.\nUse AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor to improve development productivity.\nWork on prompt engineering and AI-enabled application features.\nCollaborate with product, design, business analysis, and development teams.\nCommunicate project progress, technical challenges, and proposed solutions clearly.\nRequired SkillsAt least 2 years of professional software development experience.\nStrong programming experience in Python.\nWorking knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.\nExperience or academic knowledge of C programming.\nExperience in full-stack web application development.\nStrong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern frontend framework such as React or Angular.\nExperience developing REST APIs and working with MVC architecture.\nGood knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.\nExperience using Git and version-control workflows.\nGood understanding of the software development lifecycle.\nStrong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.\nUnderstanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and role-based permissions.\nGood spoken and written English, with the confidence to communicate with international clients.\nPreferred SkillsExperience working with ERP systems or ERP integrations.\nExperience with API versioning, Swagger/OpenAPI, or similar documentation tools.\nExperience with cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or container-based applications.\nFamiliarity with prompt engineering, large language models, or AI-powered applications.\nExperience using Cursor or other AI-assisted development tools.\nKnowledge of manufacturing, metal, steel, finance, quality, or document-automation workflows.\nExperience working directly with overseas clients.\nUnderstanding of unit testing, integration testing, and secure coding practices.\nQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nCandidates from highly regarded engineering institutions will be preferred, although demonstrated technical ability, relevant experience, and strong project work will also be considered.\nCandidates currently based in Bhopal or with
