As the go-to person for our global teams on project operations, you help us make delivery simpler, faster and more reliable every quarter.Global program steering\nTrack program KPIs across all regions and flag deviations early\nTranslate global program standards into clear structures, templates and checklists the regional teams can actually work with\nFollow up on deadlines, deliverables and open items with regional Program Directors\nContribute to internal and client reporting, including KPI reports and quarterly updates\nSupport the preparation of new offers, budget extensions and program setups\nProject operations and compliance\nAccompany and oversee the full administrative participant lifecycle, from application and onboarding through to program exit, including contracts, funding requirements and complete documentation\nKeep contracts with service providers, partners and mentors organized and on schedule\nKeep the financial pulse of our programs: follow budgets, service provider costs and invoice flows so that resources go where they create the most impact\nPrepare clean documentation that holds up to any client or audit review\nYour interfaces\nWork daily with our Regional Program Directors and their teams worldwide\nCollaborate closely with Finance, People and Legal to keep processes aligned and compliant\nBe a confident contact for our clients on operational questions, including government stakeholders\nProcess and digital excellence\nMaintain our program data in Notion, HubSpot and ClickUp as the single source of truth\nDocument processes and continuously simplify them\nUse AI and automation tools to remove manual work and bring your own ideas to make our operations smarter\nYour profile\nUniversity degree in business, economics, management or a related field, or a comparable qualification\nFirst professional experience (2 to 5 years, including internships or working student roles) in project management, operations, a PMO, consulting, a startup or an accelerator\nA structured, reliable and detail-oriented way of working; you like it when things are clean, complete and on time\nAbility to keep an overview across many parallel workstreams, countries and stakeholders\nStrong written communication skills and confidence in producing clear, professional documents\nHands-on experience with digital tools;
