The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, communicates effectively, and enjoys helping others resolve questions and concerns.\nKey Responsibilities Include:\nRespond to customer inquiries and provide information about enrollment processes and available bank products.\nAssist with account-related questions, enrollment, reports, and general account support.\nPull reports and review account data to research and resolve customer inquiries.\nHelp customers locate required forms and provide guidance on completing and submitting documentation.\nProvide updates regarding tax refund status and explain applicable fees.\nVerify checks and respond to verification requests from banking institutions.\nAssist with password resets and account access issues.\nProvide professional, accurate, and timely customer service across a variety of customer interactions.\nMaintain a positive and professional approach when handling challenging or escalated customer interactions.\nQualifications and Skills\n18 years of age or older\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nA positive, customer-focused attitude and a genuine desire to help others.\nPatience, professionalism, and the ability to demonstrate empathy.\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to navigate customer inquiries and handle challenging interactions professionally.\nAbility to review information accurately and follow established procedures.\nComfortable working with computer systems, account information, and online platforms.\nOpen availability from 8:45am - 8:15pm ET.\nMust meet our BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) Requirements listed below.\nEquipment Requirements:\nOS: Windows 11\nProcessor: dual-core or higher with base clock speeds of 2.00GHz or better (not boost/turbo/\"up-to\" frequency)\nRAM: 8GB or higher\nHard Drive Free Space: 5GB or higher.\nWebcam\nUSB Headset\nSecond monitor\nHigh Speed Internet speeds at least 20 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload (note: the PC must also be connected via an Ethernet cable to your modem or router).
