The Employee will help our organization to identify and bridge the gap that exists in the business by analyzing the data, scale and support digital transformation initiatives.\n We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer / Vercel Platform Support Engineer to provide operational support, administration, reliability, and continuous improvement for enterprise cloud platforms and modern web applications.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong experience with AWS, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service, Vercel, CI/CD pipelines, incident management, and modern web technologies such as React and Next.js.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide operational support for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service, including Author, Publish, Dispatcher, CDN, and associated integrations.\n\nSupport the administration, reliability, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Vercel hosting platform.\n\nMonitor platform health, system performance, application availability, and service reliability using enterprise monitoring and alerting tools.\n\nTroubleshoot production incidents, deployment failures, platform issues, and integration problems.\n\nLead incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and service restoration activities.\n\nManage CI/CD pipelines, release activities, environment promotions, and application configuration changes.\n\nPerform user administration, access management, permissions management, replication monitoring, and configuration management.\n\nSupport platform security, certificate renewals, compliance requirements, and enterprise security standards.\n\nMaintain integrations between AEM and enterprise systems, including DAM, Workfront, Azure services, Akamai/CDN, publishing partners, and digital marketing platforms.\n\nProvide technical consultation to development teams working with Next.js, React, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.\n\nParticipate in on-call support, major incident response, and disaster recovery planning and testing.\n\nDevelop and maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, knowledge articles, and platform runbooks.\n\nEvaluate platform enhancements, vendor releases, and new features; recommend adoption strategies and implementation plans.\n\nDrive automation, performance optimization, service reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nEstablish platform service maturity, complete required service documentation, and ensure alignment with IT general controls and security directives.\n\nTrain existing support teams and establish proactive operational processes before platforms handle production traffic.\n\nCollaborate with product owners, platform engineers, development teams, and L1/L2 support teams to ensure reliable service delivery.\n\n Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.\n\n5-7+ years of professional IT experience.\n\n5+ years of experience maintaining and supporting AWS environments.\n\nStrong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service.\n\nExperience supporting Vercel or similar cloud hosting platforms.\n\nStrong knowledge of AEM architecture, Dispatcher, CDN configurations, cloud deployments, and enterprise integrations.\n\nHands-on experience with APIs, CI/CD tools, and deployment pipelines.\n\nExperience with React, Next.js, and modern web application architectures.\n\nStrong incident management, troubleshooting, monitoring, and root cause analysis skills.\n\nExperience with platform governance, access administration, security, and compliance.\n\nKnowledge of observability, automation, performance optimization, and service reliability practices.\n\nExcellent communication, technical consultation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\n\n Must-Have Skills\nAEM | AWS | Vercel | API | CI/CD | Incident Management | React | Next.js | Cloud Engineering\nImportant: This is a 100% onsite position in Chicago, IL.
