The Employee will help our organization to identify and bridge the gap that exists in the business by analyzing the data, scale and support digital transformation initiatives.\n We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure technology projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead project teams and drive successful project delivery, managing scope, schedule, resources, costs, and benefits.\n\nEstablish project governance, roles and responsibilities, project phases, milestones, and deliverables.\n\nDevelop and maintain project plans, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with project objectives.\n\nIdentify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and contingency plans.\n\nEnsure compliance with project management standards, IT controls, risk policies, and regulatory requirements.\n\nProvide regular project status updates, highlighting project health, risks, issues, and budget or schedule impacts.\n\nManage stakeholder expectations and coordinate resources across cross-functional teams.\n\nFacilitate working sessions, resolve roadblocks, and escalate critical decisions when necessary.\n\nManage multiple concurrent projects in a matrixed environment.\n\n Bachelor's degree.\n\n7+ years of IT project management experience.\n\nProven experience leading complex infrastructure technology projects involving servers, storage, networks, databases, or middleware.\n\nStrong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management methodologies.\n\nPMP or PMI-ACP certification.\n\nExperience with project portfolio and delivery tools such as Clarity, ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Project.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams.\n\nExcellent communication, leadership, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.\n\n Preferred Qualifications:\nExperience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.\n\nExperience leading application development initiatives.\n\nNetwork infrastructure project management experience.\n\nInterested candidates: Please share your updated resume, current location, work authorization, and PMP/PMI-ACP certification details.\nLocation: Chicago, IL (Hybrid -
