The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS 12.2+, system analysis, application development, and database solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain Oracle EBS applications.\nGather and analyze business requirements.\nDesign, develop, test, debug, and implement application solutions.\nPerform production support, system administration, and maintenance.\nExecute unit, system, and user acceptance testing.\nPrepare technical documentation and standard operating procedures.\nCollaborate with Agile development teams and business stakeholders.\n 8+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 or above in Linux environments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).\nStrong experience with Oracle EBS Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Purchasing modules.\nExperience with iRecruitment, Human Resources, and Time and Labor modules.\nProficiency in Oracle Forms, Reports, JDeveloper (Java), Workflow Builder, and PL/SQL.\nExtensive experience in systems analysis and design.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nExperience with Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, and Office applications.\nPreferred Skills:\nAzure DevOps.\nVA Cardinal HR and/or Financial systems.\nPower BI Paginated Reports, Power BI Desktop, and Dashboards.\nBachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience OR\nMaster's degree with 8+ years of experience.\n Preferred Qualifications\nExperience in banking or financial services.\nExperience with large-scale Finance Transformation programs.\nExperience integrating multiple source systems with Oracle Accounting Hub.\nKnowledge of regulatory, audit, and SOX compliance requirements.\nExperience with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementations.\nLocation: Richmond, VA (Hybrid -
