communication and coordination with infrastructure cloud hosting services team UiPath and Azure teams in case of major incident management\nEngage and collaborate with various Business Units who are the RPA and Automation Platform users\nWilling to work in CST shifts to manage the bots that span multiple timezones and are governed by strict SLAs Also extend on call support during weekends and month ends whenever required including nonBusiness hours\nActively engage with stakeholders from multiple business functions to ensure effective communication and information exchange to meet business expectations\nWe are looking for a Professional and if you have these skills we would like to speak to you\nGraduatePostgraduate in Science Engineering Computer Science\n10 years of relevant IT experience with at least 3 to 4 years of experience in managing RPA operations\nExperience in managing UiPath platform\nExperience in ITIL process Service Now ticketing tool\nExperience in Azure Cloud ITSM and Agile practices GitHub Azure DevOps\nMust have experience on the following\nUiPath Orchestrator Computer Vison UiPath Insights UiPath Automation Cloud Test Manager Configuring Robots and Users complete Orchestrator Management Cyber Ark APIs Code deployments exp on UiPath Code reviews\nMust have experience on VB Scripting and Dot net\n These duties are too complex and specialized to be
