The candidate will design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions supporting Michigan Crisis Line (MICAL) workflows and enterprise CRM needs.\nThe role requires strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce development lifecycle management.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.\n\nSupport MICAL crisis call workflows by developing and delivering user stories.\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, technical managers, architects, and end users to gather requirements and implement enhancements.\n\nManage Salesforce release cycles, deployments, and technical change management.\n\nDevelop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.\n\nImplement Salesforce configurations using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.\n\nIntegrate Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises applications using REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth authentication.\n\nManage data migration, data quality, third-party integrations, and AppExchange applications.\n\nSupport SFDX development, branch management, code merging, and CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps.\n\nEnsure Salesforce solutions meet security, performance, architecture, and government compliance standards.\n\nIdentify technical risks, establish development standards, and prepare technical documentation.\n\nDevelop training plans to ensure a smooth transition of applications to Maintenance and Operations.\n\n 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.\n\n4+ years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.\n\n5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.\n\n3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Lightning development, including LWC.\n\n2+ years of experience with API integrations and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations.\n\nHands-on experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle.\n\nExperience with Azure DevOps or comparable tools for CI/CD, requirements tracking, and release management.\n\nExposure to data migration and cloud integration projects.\n\nExperience with Batch Apex and Scheduled Apex.\n\nKnowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth, and web services.\n\nSalesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator certifications.\n\nStrong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSalesforce Certified Platform Developer II.\n\nExperience with Conga and Drawloop.\n\nFamiliarity with government processes, security compliance, and FedRAMP-compliant tools and environments.\n\nExperience designing secure, scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions across multiple platforms.\n\n Location: Lansing, Michigan(Hybrid) -
