The consultant will be responsible for planning, configuring, implementing, and supporting the agency’s mobile device and endpoint management environment using Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), and Microsoft 365 technologies.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong enterprise endpoint management experience, expertise in mobile device enrollment and security policy configuration, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues while collaborating with agency IT teams to modernize device deployment and management processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan, configure, implement, and support Microsoft Intune and enterprise endpoint management solutions.\n\nConfigure device enrollment, compliance policies, Conditional Access, application deployment, and endpoint security baselines.\n\nIntegrate Apple Business Manager and Apple Automated Device Enrollment (ADE/DEP) with Microsoft Intune.\n\nImplement and support Android Enterprise device management.\n\nAssist with migration from existing MDM platforms to Microsoft Intune.\n\nTroubleshoot device enrollment, synchronization, compliance, application deployment, and policy-related issues.\n\nSupport Microsoft Entra ID integration and Microsoft 365 administration.\n\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, implementation procedures, and configuration standards.\n\nProvide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to agency IT personnel.\n\nRecommend implementation improvements aligned with state, federal, and agency security requirements.\n\n Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.\n\nHands-on experience implementing enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).\n\nExperience with Apple Business Manager and Apple DEP/ADE.\n\nStrong knowledge of Conditional Access, compliance policies, and device security policies.\n\nExperience with device enrollment, application deployment, and endpoint policy management.\n\nKnowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint security best practices.\n\nStrong troubleshooting skills for enrollment, synchronization, and device compliance issues.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nExperience documenting technical processes and providing knowledge transfer to IT teams.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in state government or public sector environments.\n\nExperience migrating from Meraki or other MDM platforms to Microsoft Intune.\n\nKnowledge of Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning.\n\nFamiliarity with STIG, CIS, and other security compliance standards.\n\nMicrosoft certifications related to Intune, Azure, or Endpoint Management.\n\nExperience integrating MDM solutions with ticketing or asset management systems.\n\nExperience with PowerShell scripting and automation.\n\n Local candidates are required.\n\nAbility to
