The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end technical program execution, manage cross-functional dependencies, coordinate multiple teams and integrations, and provide clear, data-driven status updates to stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end delivery of engineering programs across multiple teams and dependent organizations.\n\nManage project timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans throughout the software development lifecycle.\n\nDrive timely decision-making, remove blockers, and ensure successful program execution.\n\nCollaborate with engineering teams, technical leads, managers, and stakeholders to align delivery objectives.\n\nMonitor program metrics, track progress, and provide clear status reporting to executives and stakeholders.\n\nIdentify gaps across teams, processes, and systems and implement improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.\n\nCoordinate sprint planning, execution, and delivery within Agile frameworks.\n\nEnsure program activities align with organizational objectives, product strategy, and technical requirements.\n\nBuild strong relationships across teams and influence stakeholders to achieve program goals.\n\nApply data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement practices to optimize program performance.\n\n Strong experience in Technical Program Management and advanced program delivery.\n\nProficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.\n\nHands-on experience with Jira and Microsoft Project.\n\nExperience working in cloud environments and delivering cloud-based software solutions.\n\nStrong understanding of cloud-native platforms, platform capabilities, and underlying technologies.\n\nExperience breaking down complex technical requirements, organizing work, planning sprints, and managing delivery across teams.\n\nProven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive results with minimal supervision.\n\nStrong analytical skills, including metrics-based reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement.\n\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.\n\nExperience building relationships and influencing cross-functional teams and dependent organizations.\n\nTechnical program delivery experience, including software development and testing.\n\n Location: O’Fallon, MO (Hybrid) -
