She loves shopping, bingo, music and dancing, lodge holidays and crafting.\nShifts:\nActive support: 9:00am - 10:00pm\nSleep-in: 10:00pm - 9:00am (on-call overnight)\nAs her Support Worker, you will:\nSupport her to live safely and independently, in the way she chooses\nAccompany her on shopping trips, bingo nights, days out and holidays\nJoin in with music, dancing and crafting - enthusiasm genuinely required\nProvide personal care with dignity and respect\nHelp plan and prepare for activities she loves, including lodge breaks\nCommunicate clearly with her wider support network, recording and sharing information with the right people at the right time\nWe're looking for someone who is:\nEmpathetic - genuinely attuned to how she is feeling and what she needs\nAn active listener - patient, present and truly engaged\nProactive - taking the initiative to plan activities and make the most of every day\nPositive and outgoing - bringing good energy into her home and her life\nAdaptable - able to read a situation and adjust quickly when it matters\nOutreach Support Worker - Newcastle\n£12.75 per hour | Day shifts available\nWe are seeking caring, reliable and enthusiastic Outreach Support Workers to join our team supporting people across Newcastle to live independently, build confidence and take part in activities they enjoy.\nThis is a community-based role - you'll be working alongside people as they navigate daily life, helping them develop skills, access support and build the connections that matter to them.\nWe're looking for someone who is:\nCalm, confident and resilient\nConsistent in their approach\nClear and positive when setting expectations and boundaries\nAn excellent listener with strong communication skills\nPatient, understanding and compassionate\nReliable and committed to delivering high-quality support\nAble to encourage independence while providing appropriate guidance and reassurance\nWhat We're Looking For - Both Roles\nYou don't need a degree or formal care qualifications - what matters most is your values, your attitude and your willingness to learn.
