- Hub-Betrieb: Küche, Kaffee und Meetingräume im Blick behalten
- Telefon & E-Mail: Anfragen, Raumbuchungen und Post professionell managen
- Event-Support: Veranstaltungen organisieren und vor Ort begleiten
- Infrastruktur: Bestände prüfen und für Nachschub sorgen
