As part of these bootcamp programs, the learners are required to participate in a series of Professional Impact Skills sessions intended to prepare them for a career in the German job market and support them in their job search.\nWe are looking for two Job Coach Trainers for our SAP training programs:\nOne part-time Trainer for our SAP Financial Accounting cohorts with immediate start.\n\nOne part-time Trainer for our new SAP program focused on Procurement and Sales starting in January 2027.\n\nThe Job Coach Trainer is a crucial role focused on the delivery and teaching of the Professional Impact Skills training. Professional Impact Skills will be taught in English for international talent entering the German market. The training will be delivered to cohorts of mid-career professionals and career changers.\nWe have multiple cohorts planned for the 2027 calendar year, so this role could be responsible for delivering multiple trainings concurrently, up to roughly 20 hours per week. Trainings occur one to two days per week Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm.\nTasks\nManage multiple course curriculums, in total delivering 1-2 full-day training sessions per week.\n\nTeach courses on employability topics: including: CVs for Germany, interviews, job searching, using LinkedIn; and soft skills topics including: conflict management, problem solving, teamwork, communication and workplace culture.\n\nFocus advice on German hiring norms.\n\nGive structured feedback to students and set short challenges.\n\nPrepare a short weekly outcomes update.\n\nRequirements\n4+ years in Germany in HR/recruiting, coaching or hiring partnerships.\n\nProven facilitation skills in a field related to job coaching or employability.\n\nStrong portfolio of relevant training materials or guides.\n\nFluent in English as well as strong German skills.\n\nReliable setup for live session delivery.\n\nAvailable to start either immediately or in January 2027.\n\nSuccess\nLearners leave with German-ready CV and stronger LinkedIn profile.\n\nLearners feel confident and prepared for future interviews.\n\nLearners are able to consistently pass “soft skills” interviews during their job search.\n\nQuality sessions and materials provided to the learners.\n\nBenefits\nDynamic and inclusive work environment.\n\nEqual opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.\n\nThis opportunity supports diverse groups of individuals in preparing for a career transition.
