As part of these bootcamp programs, the learners are required to participate in a series of Job Readiness sessions intended to prepare them for a career in the German job market and support them in their job search.\nWe are about to launch a new SAP training program focused on Procurement and Sales and are currently in search of a part-time Trainer, a crucial role focused on the delivery and teaching of this Job Readiness series. This role will deliver a Job Readiness Series of sessions in English for international talent entering the German market. The series will be delivered to cohorts of mid-career professionals.\nWe have multiple cohorts planned for the 2027 calendar year, so this role could be responsible for delivering multiple series of sessions concurrently, up to roughly 20 hours per week. Trainings occur one to two days per week Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm.\nTasks\nManage multiple course curriculums, in total delivering 1-2 full-day training sessions per week.\nTeach courses on employability topics: including: CVs for Germany, interviews, job searching, using LinkedIn; and soft skills topics including: conflict management, problem solving, teamwork, communication and workplace culture.\nFocus advice on German hiring norms.\nGive structured feedback to students and set short challenges.\nPrepare a short weekly outcomes update.\nRequirements\n4+ years in Germany in HR/recruiting, coaching or hiring partnerships.\nProven facilitation skills in a field related to job readiness or employability.\nStrong portfolio of relevant training materials or guides.\nFluent in English as well as strong German skills.\nReliable setup for live session delivery.\nAvailable starting from January 2027.\nSuccess\nLearners leave with German-ready CV and stronger LinkedIn profile.\nLearners feel confident and prepared for future interviews.\nLearners are able to consistently pass “soft skills” interviews during their job search.\nQuality sessions and materials provided to the learners.\nBenefits\nDynamic and inclusive work environment.\nEqual opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.\nThis opportunity supports diverse groups of individuals in preparing for a career transition.
