We are building a system for restaurants - Admin, eShop, iOS and Android apps, eKiosk, eRide, eBase and more. Staff and owners see it every day. Five minutes of broken UI is not “just another ticket”; it is an operational problem.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for one person to join our development team as a FullStack Developer. If you are stronger on the FrontEnd and lighter on the BackEnd (or the other way around), that is absolutely fine - we will strengthen the other side together. New features are kept under NDA; you will work on the public modules listed above from day one. The average age in the team is around 27, so you know what kind of group you would be joining. We are not looking for a particular age bracket; we are looking for someone who knows what they are doing and has real experience behind them.
What you will do
You will deliver features end-to-end in TypeScript - from Next.js / React interfaces through NestJS services and APIs to the data layer. You can expect pixel-perfect UI and responsive behaviour on the devices that are genuinely used in hospitality, as well as hands-on work with TypeORM, PostgREST, RabbitMQ and Redis.
What is common to the role: collaboration with fellow developers, a tester and UI/UX (no traditional boss hovering over you, but a team around you), AI and automation as everyday tools, and occasional help with production. At the start, there is a paid 24-hour shift at the Zlatá pánev restaurant.
How we know it is a good fit
You deliver work independently that survives a busy Friday evening in production. You can explain, review and speed up your code - even when AI helped you write it. You can take a feature across layers, communicate with the team and gradually strengthen the part of the stack that is not yet your strongest.
Who we are
OrderMage (Objednáme s.r.o.) is a software company from Ostrava, on the market since 2017. Our office is in Ostrava-Poruba, above McDonald’s. Development is often remote, with a Tuesday sync on Discord.
We build our own product, which supports the company - not client projects. We make everything ourselves and sell it as SaaS to restaurants and the hospitality industry.
We are a transparent company: within the team you can see how much the company earns, how many clients we have and what is happening in the field. We have our own transparent system for everyone on the team.
The bar
- TypeScript and hands-on experience with React / Next.js as well as NestJS and the data stack.
- Vibecoding is great and we support it - but you must understand the result and be able to review, refine and fix it.
- A willingness to deal with production; hospitality context and offline-first are a plus.
- Remote after probation; onboarding starts in Poruba.
