We are looking for a Junior Project Support Coordinator based in the Czech Republic to support our healthcare projects and communicate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that can be combined with university studies or other professional activities. It is ideal for someone who is communicative, reliable, well organized, and comfortable taking responsibility for their own tasks.
What will you do?
Your role will be a combination of communication, project coordination, and administrative support.
You will:
communicate with doctors and other healthcare professionals via phone, email, and face-to-face,
coordinate meetings, interviews, podcast recordings, and other project activities,
communicate with doctors regarding scheduling, project details, and follow-ups,
occasionally travel within the Czech Republic to support podcast recordings and other project activities - usually a few times per quarter,
support ongoing healthcare projects with administrative and organizational tasks,
keep track of schedules, contacts, deadlines, and agreed next steps,
help the project team with various day-to-day tasks,
work independently while staying in close contact with our team.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who:
is a great communicator and feels comfortable speaking with doctors and other professionals,
is confident communicating by phone, email, and in person,
is responsible, reliable, and able to follow tasks through to completion,
is organized and attentive to detail,
is proactive and able to work independently,
has enough time flexibility to adapt to project schedules,
is willing to travel within the Czech Republic a few times per quarter,
is interested in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, communication, marketing, or project coordination.
You do not need years of professional experience. Motivation, reliability, communication skills, and the ability to take ownership of your work are more important to us.
