Who We Are Looking For

We are shifting away from traditional, line-by-line coding roles. We need a Full-Cycle Product Builder-someone with a solid technical foundation who leverages modern AI development tools to design, build, ship, and maintain complete products from A to Z.

If you are a tech-savvy generalist, an "indie hacker" at heart, or a developer who realizes that AI can do the heavy lifting of coding while you focus on architecture, product logic, and execution, this role is for you. We want an agile, high-ownership professional who is excited to run solo on major features and products without getting bogged down in corporate structures.

Requirements:

• Product-First Mindset: Ability to take a raw concept, design the user experience, map out the technical architecture, and bring a functional web application to life entirely on your own.

• AI-Native Development: Masterful execution using AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, LLM prompting for code generation, v0, or modern low-code/no-code ecosystems) to build and maintain scalable applications rapidly.

• Technical Foundation: A strong background in full-stack concepts (understanding how frontend, REST APIs, databases, and state management connect) so you can direct the AI, debug complex logic, and ensure data flows correctly.

• Extreme Ownership: A proactive, self-starting attitude. You don't wait for a project manager; you see a problem, design the solution, and ship it.

• Agility & Flexibility: Comfort navigating the fast-paced, shifting landscape of crypto and web tech.

• Language: Fluent English (Czech or Slovak is a nice bonus, but not required).

What You Will Do

• Own the Lifecycle (A-Z): Take full charge of designing, implementing, and servicing complex data-driven web tools from scratch such as live hardware profitability dashboards, calculators, and analytics platforms.

• Architect with AI: Act as the technical director, using AI tools to write, optimize, and maintain the codebase while you focus on system design, data accuracy, and user flow.

• Expand the Ecosystem: Build and launch complementary web applications that integrate with our core crypto-mining and exchange infrastructure, making a global impact.

• Iterate Rapidly: Move from concept to deployment in days rather than months, maintaining a laser focus on high-quality user experiences and clean functional design.
