This role supports device configuration and policy, application packaging and deployment, security and compliance, patch management, and lifecycle operations across macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS platforms.The engineer will administer and support endpoint management technologies, including JAMF Pro, JAMF Connect, Tanium, Microsoft Intune, and related client management platforms.\nWhile the primary focus of this position is the Apple ecosystem, the engineer will also work as part of the Client Systems team that supports Windows endpoints and related management technologies. The position works closely with IT Support, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and other technology teams to maintain a secure, reliable, and consistent end-user computing environment.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nCreate, maintain, and deploy automated macOS configurations, policies, applications, and software updates using JAMF, Tanium, and other endpoint management platforms.\nAdminister and support JAMF Pro and JAMF Connect within the Apple environment.\nSupport the configuration, management, and lifecycle of macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS devices.\nTroubleshoot complex Apple endpoint, application, authentication, configuration, and device management issues, including root-cause analysis of recurring incidents.\nWork collaboratively with IT Support and other technical teams to resolve escalated endpoint issues.\nCollaborate with Cybersecurity to identify and remediate endpoint security vulnerabilities and maintain security and compliance requirements.\nAssist with the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of client systems and endpoint management services.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, configuration standards, and support documentation.\nEvaluate new technologies and provide recommendations for improving endpoint management, security, automation, and the end-user experience.\nAssist with capacity planning, platform upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle initiatives across Apple and Windows client environments.\nPackage, test, deploy, and maintain applications, operating system updates, and third-party software updates for Apple and Windows endpoints.\nSupport Microsoft Intune, Tanium, and other endpoint management technologies as needed.\nMaintain effective communication with vendors, technical teams, and business users in support of assigned projects and operational activities.\nParticipate in endpoint technology projects, including testing, implementation, deployment, change management, and operational transition.\nParticipate in an on-call rotation as an escalation point of contact to respond to and manage after-hours incidents as needed.\nQualifications & Skills\nExperience supporting and administering Apple/macOS devices in an enterprise environment.\nExperience with JAMF Pro, JAMF Connect, or comparable Apple device management technologies.\nExperience with enterprise endpoint management and desktop engineering technologies, including Mobile Device Management (MDM) concepts and platforms.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Tanium, or similar endpoint management technologies.\nExperience with software packaging, application deployment, and software delivery methodologies.\nExperience with enterprise operating system and application patch management.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Entra ID, and enterprise identity and authentication concepts.\nUnderstanding of endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, configuration management, and compliance practices.\nFamiliarity with scripting or automation technologies such as PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools.\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to independently investigate and resolve complex technical issues.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with end users, IT Support, engineering teams, and vendors.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a broader infrastructure and client engineering team.\nFamiliarity with virtualized and cloud-based computing environments.\nQualifications & Skills\n$95,000 - $110,000\nAbout STARZ\nSTARZ (NASDAQ: STRZ) is the leading premium entertainment destination for women and underrepresented audiences, and home to some of the most popular franchises and series on television.
