Execute CRM campaigns and customer journeys\nSupport the planning, setup and launch of CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messages and WhatsApp.\n\nHelp manage the CRM campaign calendar and make sure communications are launched accurately and on time.\n\nBuild and manage customer segments based on campaign and journey needs.\n\nSupport the setup and improvement of automated customer journeys across different stages of the customer lifecycle.\n\nHelp adapt campaigns and journeys for different markets.\n\n2. Test and improve our communications\nPlan and run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, creative, timing and calls-to-action.\n\nTrack campaign and journey performance to understand what is working and what can be improved.\n\nHelp identify patterns from campaign results and turn them into recommendations for future communications.\n\nKeep a record of tests and key learnings so the team can build on what has worked before.\n\n3. Work with data and different teams\nTrack CRM metrics such as opens, clicks, conversions, engagement, retention and funding behaviour.\n\nHelp prepare campaign reports and share key findings with the team.\n\nWork with teams across Marketing, Product, Investments, Design and Business Intelligence to coordinate campaigns and customer communications.\n\nMaintain campaign calendars, documentation and CRM processes.\n\nWhat you will develop\nCRM campaign execution: Learn how to plan, build and manage campaigns across multiple channels and markets.\n\nLifecycle marketing: Understand how customer journeys, segmentation and triggers are used to engage customers at different stages.\n\nExperimentation: Learn how to structure A/B tests, measure results and separate useful signals from noise.\n\nCRM tools: Gain hands-on experience with MoEngage and understand how CRM platforms are used to build campaigns and journeys.\n\nPerformance analysis: Learn how to read campaign results and connect CRM activity to outcomes such as engagement, retention and funding.\n\nCross-functional collaboration: Work with different teams across Marketing, Product, Investments, Design and Business Intelligence.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nYou do not need previous CRM or marketing experience for this internship. We are looking for someone who is curious, willing to learn and takes their work seriously.\nStrong communication: You can express yourself clearly in written and spoken English.\n\nCurious: You like understanding why people behave the way they do and why one approach works better than another.\n\nComfortable with numbers: You do not need to be a data expert, but you should be comfortable looking at basic metrics and campaign results.\n\nDetail-oriented: You check your work carefully and care about getting things right.\n\nProactive: You are willing to ask questions, learn new tools and take initiative.\n\nCollaborative: You are comfortable working with different teams and open to feedback.\n\nInterested in marketing: An interest in digital marketing, customer behaviour, investing or financial markets is a plus, but not required.\n\nApplication Question (max 200 words)\nYou have been asked to improve the open rate of a monthly newsletter.
