The role will work closely with Risk, Legal, Tech, and Product teams to ensure robust risk governance, data privacy compliance, and control effectiveness.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nOperational Risk Management (ORM) :\n\n- Develop and maintain RCSA framework, risk registers, and control libraries\n\n- Define and monitor KRIs/KPIs across underwriting, collections, technology, and vendor risk\n\n- Conduct risk assessments, control testing, and gap analysis\n\n- Track incident management (fraud, tech failures, process breaches) and drive root-cause closure\n\n- Support Board / Risk Committee reporting and governance\n\nData Privacy & DPDP Implementation :\n\n- Lead implementation of the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act across business functions\n\nDesign and operationalize :\n\n1. Data inventory & data flow mapping\n\n2. Consent management framework\n\n3. Data retention & deletion policies\n\n- Work with Legal/Tech to ensure privacy-by-design in systems and processes\n\n- Manage data subject rights (access, correction, erasure) workflows\n\n- Conduct privacy risk assessments and audits\n\nPolicy & Governance :\n\nDraft and update :\n\n1. ORM policy\n\n2. Data privacy policy\n\n3. Vendor / outsourcing risk frameworks\n\n- Ensure alignment with regulatory expectations (RBI, data protection norms)\n\n- Drive policy adherence and exception management\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration :\n\nWork with :\n\n1. Tech (data pipelines, access control)\n\n2. Product (customer journey compliance)\n\n3. Legal (regulatory interpretation)\n\n- Support regulatory audits and inspections\n\nKey Skills & Qualifications :\n\nMust Have :\n\n- 4 to 5 years experience in :\n\n1. Operational Risk / Risk Analytics / Compliance\n\n2. Preferably in NBFC / fintech / banking\n\nStrong understanding of :\n\n1. ORM frameworks (RCSA, KRIs, incident management)\n\n2. Data privacy principles & DPDP requirements\n\n- Experience in policy drafting and control frameworks\n\nGood to Have :\n\nExposure to :\n\n1. Digital lending ecosystem\n\n2. Data governance / data lineage tools\n\n3.
