This role manages the hospital’s Quality Risk Management and Compliance (QRMC), Health Information Management (HIM), Utilization Review (UR), and Staff Development departments, directly supervise the hospital’s Environment of Care (EOC) Coordinator and the Policy Coordinator.Responsibilities for this role, include but are not limited to:\nDeveloping and implementing a coordinated hospital-wide framework to continuously improve the hospital’s performance in delivering quality psychiatric services to Broughton Hospital’s patients and to meet internal and external standards of care.\nServes as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, this position is responsible for collaborating with other key stakeholders to establish hospital goals; spearheading organizational commitment to effectiveness and efficiency.\n• This position also oversees the development of systemic approaches to assess hospital performance through incorporating surveys and qualitative and quantitative audit methodologies, then corrective action feedback if deficiencies are identified.\nKnowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences\nRecruitment Range: $70,627.00 - $137,724.00\nSalary Range: $70,627.00 - $137,724.00\nCandidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement.\nThe Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)/Management Preferences are not required. With the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, we provide help and support to North Carolinians, and their families, experiencing mental illness.
