A successful Client Solution Manager must have a broad knowledge of asset management and solution architect principles. They must have a strategic mindset as well as be able to lead and develop their subordinates. The goal is to ensure every solution will be delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to the organization.\nGuide the Alpha Implementations to identify and solution deliverables in the target state model and operational workflows\nAssist in the design and delivery of a transformative end-to-end solution that will benefit both the Investment Servicer and Investment Manager\nManage solution delivery coordination across functional areas, Inclusive of Front, Middle and Back Office\nSupport approaches to build scalable and standardized solutions\nInfluence, facilitate and drive decision making on deliverable resolution planning\nConnecting teams across disciplines to define Alpha-wide end to end solutions\nReviewClient requirements and help define the target state solution; identify and document Solutions for IT deliverable, as well as products on the delivery roadmap\nEngage directly with the Client and across internal disciplines, acting as a continuous liaison point throughout execution to triage and facilitate the resolution of deliverables\nIntegrate solution builds and IT developments across all implementation phases following Client confirmation of solution outcomes\nCreate the interface design, while gaining a deeper understanding of the Client's engagement protocols and requirements, making tactical decisions to bridge the time gap between current state and strategic implementations\nDiscover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people\nApply change, risk and resource management principles when needed\nEnsure Solution Management activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies\nManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders through the solution design and delivery phases\nWhat we value\nLeadership and ability to bring together teams across various levels and disciplines within the organization \nAbility to maintain a strong, balanced relationship with the client, ensuring their key requirements are mt while maintaining alignment with standard, scalable solutions\nOutstanding presentation, communication (oral & written), and relationship building skills across all levels of management.
