See that metrics are being produced accurately on a daily basis\n\nConduct root cause analysis of data issues\n\nSupport internal and client testing activities prior to “go live” date and immediate post-production transition with the support of test plan development and test scripts\n\nAs part of the wider team, add an input on overall Alpha Data product enhancements and requirements\n\nCollaborate with Alpha Data Implementation, Service Management and IT teams to share best practices, raise issues, develop consistent global processes\n\nWhat we value\nThese skills will help you succeed in this role\nIndustry knowledge, experience in Middle Office Operations, Transaction Management, Corporate Actions, Derivatives, Performance & Analytics, etc. will be an advantage\n\nStrong analytical and interpersonal skills\n\nAttention to details, problem solving, and decision making\n\nSQL knowledge, hands-on experience with database/data warehouse\n\n“Can do” attitude\n\nEducation & Preferred Qualifications\nUniversity degree in Data Management, Finance, Business or equivalent\n\nTypically 2 - 3 years of industry experience across Financial Services or Data fields\n\nKnowledge of Bloomberg and/or other market data vendors (nice to have)\n\nKnowledge of financial instruments from static data perspective (nice to have)\n\nWorking experience with SQL (nice to have)\n\nGood numerical and analytical abilities\n\nExcellent attention to detail\n\nStrong team ethics and team player\n\nGood communication and English language skills (both written and verbal)\n\nNote: The role requires a minimum of three days per week working form the office\nAbout State Street\nWhat we do.
