Join us if making your mark in an ever-changing, increasingly complex and competitive industry is a challenge you are up for.\nWhat you will be responsible for\nAs the Data Solutions Architect we are looking for the following:\nBe the face of the ADS organization to take the client through the Alpha journey/adoption. The candidate is expected to provide thought leadership to the client during the due diligence and through the entire implementation journey.\nSupport the end-to-end Implementation of Front-to-Back (\"F2B”) Alpha Data Platform (“ADP”)/ADS solutions to the client, starting with helping with pre contract due diligence, Business Requirements, Solution Design, Tracking of Development of any Custom Components, Reviewing Testing Results, Go Live activities and Post Go live hyper care support.\nCollaborate with Client Implementation Executives to align on the Alpha implementation activities and track progress to ensure the solution is delivered to client expectations\nWork with all ADS clients to drive adoption of our data service, leveraging the full suits of our capabilities to drive business process transformation and an enhanced client experience\nWork with all ADS clients on all new requirements; lead the requirements definition, solution design, and provide oversight on the execution and delivery to ensure client expectations are met\nBe the voice of the client, continually assess and contribute to product enhancements, software quality and other improvements that could be implemented to improve the client experience.\nCollaborate with external vendors as needed for a given client implementation, this will include vendors like Bloomberg, Refinitive, MSCI, Factset, Axioma etc.,\nHave a strong discipline towards managing scope change, raise change controls as necessary to maintain the program health\nCollaborate with upstream application and system owners within State Street to integrate into ADP using the standard model\nPartner with broader State Street Application/Service Owners to provide solutions in support of any new client requirements that are extension of the standard set of services or in some select cases a client specific bespoke solution including but not limited too; Alpha Services, CRD, Alpha Data Platform\nSupport the defect resolution process by collaborating with the development team in understanding the root cause of data issues and ensuring all defects are fixed. Collaborating with all internal technical and business teams including GTS, SaaS Ops, Alpha Cloud Ops, Alpha Platform Engineering, Alpha Product, ADS Product, Alpha Data Ops and clients to resolve\nEstablish standard operating procedures and ensure adoption, including any client specific requirements that might be custom bespoke processes.\nThese skills will help you succeed in this role:\nDemonstrate excellent communication skills across all channels and levels of recipients including team members, colleagues, clients at all levels including C suite.\nDemonstrate excellent motivational skills and lead by example in all areas.\nInfluencing the staff in a matrixed organization is required\nSupport a culture of commitment, teamwork and productivity alongside diversity and work life balance.\nMust have experience in Asset Management Data - Front, Middle and Back Office data and services\nBusiness Analysis and Project Management skills are a must\nExtensive experience with Financial Services data domains - Security Master, Entity Master, Benchmarks, Positions, Transactions, Cash, Performance, Analytics etc\nMust have proficiency in SQL\nKnowledge of Data Management, Data Governance, Service Catalogue, Data Lineage tools, Operational Dash boards, Process Monitoring tools\nWorking knowledge in Azure cloud platforms and Snowflake is a huge plus\nKnowledge about internal and external integrations, triage issues and implement/recommend solutions to data problems and anomalies\nEducation & Preferred Qualifications\nUniversity degree in the field of computer science, data management or other financial services technical field\n12+ years in data management, product and market data roles and responsibilities\nAbout State Street\nAcross the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
