AIS delivers fully integrated solutions across the investment lifecycle, providing clients with comprehensive front-, middle-, and back-office support to meet the evolving needs of institutional investors.\nJoin us if making your mark in the alternative investment industry from day one is a challenge you are up for.\nWhat you will be responsible for:\nAs AIS Hedge Middle Office Fund Administrator, Associate 2, you will be responsible for:\n· Execute trade processing activities, including trade bookings, amendments, cash settlements, and bulk trade uploads, in accordance with established procedures and service level expectations.\n· Perform pricing verification across multiple market data vendors (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, and IDC) to ensure accurate valuation of client holdings.\n· Investigate and resolve operational exceptions and support internal inquiries, risk management, and other business partners.\n· Support the preparation, review, and validation of operational reports and client deliverables to ensure accuracy and completeness.\n· Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support daily operations and deliver high-quality client service.\n· Ensure compliance with operational controls, including reconciliations, four-eye reviews, and established policies and procedures.\n· Participate in training, knowledge-sharing, and process improvement initiatives to develop technical expertise and contribute to team success.\nWhat we value:\nThese skills will help you succeed in this role:\n· Experience in asset management, banking operations, fund administration, or financial services environments.\n· Basic understanding of financial instruments, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, or bank loans.\n· Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.\n· Detail-oriented and self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nA proactive attitude and commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence.\nStrong skills in MS excel.
