outcomes.\nYou will help define how AI agents and quality engineers work together to create scalable, compliant, and highly efficient software delivery processes.\nWhat you will be responsible for\nAs Agentic Quality Engineering Lead, you will:\nStrategy & Transformation\nDefine and execute the strategic roadmap for Agentic Quality Engineering.\nDrive quality transformation initiatives aligned with enterprise AI and engineering objectives.\nChampion adoption of AI-enabled testing practices across development organizations.\nEstablish quality engineering standards, governance models, and operational metrics.\nAgentic Testing & AI Innovation\nDesign and implement intelligent testing frameworks leveraging Agentic AI capabilities.\nLead development of AI-powered testing solutions including:Autonomous test generation\nIntelligent test maintenance\nSelf-healing automation\nDefect prediction and analysis\nRelease risk assessment\n\nPartner with AI engineering teams to validate and govern AI-powered products and solutions.\nDevelop quality assurance strategies for LLM-based applications, copilots, chatbots, and Agentic workflows.\nQuality Engineering Leadership\nLead and mentor distributed Quality Engineering and SDET teams.\nDrive engineering excellence through automation-first testing practices.\nFoster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technology modernization.\nSupport talent development and succession planning within the QA organization.\nTest Automation & Delivery Excellence\nDefine enterprise automation strategy and implementation roadmap.\nImprove automation coverage across UI, API, integration, and non-functional testing.\nIntegrate automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.\nPromote Shift-Left and Shift-Right quality practices.\nDrive continuous improvement of quality metrics and delivery outcomes.\nGovernance, Risk & Compliance\nDefine quality controls for Agentic AI systems and AI-enabled solutions.\nEnsure compliance with enterprise AI governance, security, and risk management standards.\nEstablish frameworks for:Agent validation\nOutput evaluation\nHallucination mitigation\nTraceability and auditability\nResponsible AI adoption\n\nStakeholder Management\nCollaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Business stakeholders.\nProvide executive reporting on quality automation initiatives.\nStrong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices.\nExperience working within large-scale enterprise technology environments.\nTechnical Expertise\nExperience with several of the following:\nAutomated testing frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent)\nAPI and service testing\nCI/CD platforms\nCloud-native architectures\nTest data management\nPerformance and resilience testing\nQuality engineering metrics and reporting\nAI & Agentic Experience\nPreferred experience in:\nGenerative AI solutions\nLarge Language Models (LLMs)\nAgentic AI platforms and frameworks\nPrompt Engineering\nAI evaluation methodologies\nRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)\nAI governance and responsible AI practices\nIntelligent automation platforms\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related discipline.\nExperience in financial services, banking, or regulated industries.\nRelevant certifications in Quality Engineering, Cloud, AI, or Agile methodologies.\nExperience leading AI-enabled software delivery transformation
