Main objectives of this position would be to streamline our algorithmic interface creation and certification timelines. This individual will also become a subject matter expert in algo interface integration and help advance our trading capabilities across all asset classes. Additionally, serve as a point of escalation to L1 Support team for algo related inquiries in production and help automate the algo deployment process.\nResponsibilities:\nThis role would be primarily responsible for all algorithmic interface creation and certification testing across all asset classes including single-leg and multi-leg workflows. \nServe as a Level 2 Support person for our L1 FIX Network Support team who are not algorithmic SME’s.\nThis person will also work directly with CRD Product on identifying bugs, enhancements, and algo deployment automation, to ensure we deliver on our clients high expectations.\nCoordinate with clients, internal Charles River colleagues, and network vendor(s) to facilitate the following service-related functions:\ndesign, specification, and provisioning\ntesting and certification\ngo-live implementation/onboarding\non-going changes and enhancements\nproblem troubleshooting, support, and resolution\nfor straightforward situations, perform the aforementioned tasks\nFollow departmental procedures to ensure timely, high quality delivery of service to Charles River Network clients\nEnsure all Network Services database information and documentation is accurate and current\nRequirements:\nMinimum of Bachelor’s Degree required\n0-2 years of professional experience coding with Python or SQL or VBA. Java a plus.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel\nBackground in trading system applications is preferred\nFIX experience preferred\nProven ability to work in a mission critical operations and support environment\nAptitude for technical troubleshooting\nExcellent customer service skills; attention to detail; and interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills\nAbility to partner with various internal departments to deliver superior customer service\nPeriodic off-hours support\nAbility to work independently and within a team\nAbout State Street\nWhat we do.
