Join us if making your mark in the financial services industry from day one is a challenge you are up for.\nWhat you will be responsible for\nAs Business/ Operational Auditor, Officer you will\nPerform audit work using the division’s audit methodology to identify and evaluate risk, determine control objectives and verify the extent to which client control techniques meet objectives.\nObtain and analyze evidentiary data as a basis for drafting an informed, objective opinion on the adequacy and effectiveness of controls of the activities being reviewed.\nReview and appraise corrective actions taken to improve deficient conditions.\nEnsure that audits are completed in compliance with the Corporate Audit Department and Institute of Internal Auditor standards, e.g. prepare the work papers as required, use data analytical techniques, analyze the root cause, draft meaningful audit results.\nMaintain a current knowledge of audit industry practices and ensure best practices are always considered.\nWhat we value\nThese skills will help you succeed in this role\nAbility to work independently in an international team across multiple locations with global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to clearly demonstrate proficiency in evaluating and testing internal controls and in applying risk-based audit skills to business units globally.\nStrong analytical, interpersonal, time management, project management, research and communications (verbal and written) skills.\nResults-oriented and accomplished in partnering with diverse, global stakeholders. \nFluency in English - written and spoken.\nEducation & Preferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, Information Technology, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, or Financial Crime within the financial services industry, with exposure to AML/CFT, sanctions, KYC/CDD, or transaction monitoring activities.\nRelevant professional certification preferred (e.g., CAMS, ICA, CIA, CISA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).\nKnowledge of German and European AML/CFT regulatory requirements applicable to financial institutions.\nUnderstanding of AML governance, financial crime risk management, and regulatory compliance frameworks.\nAdditional requirements\nTravel up to 15% may be required.\nAre you the right candidate?
