Job description: Charles River Development is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to join its Cloud Platform Engineering team with a primary focus on Azure Policy automation, policy-as-code, and enterprise cloud governance. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving automated policy guardrails across Azure management groups, subscriptions, and platform services to support secure, compliant, and scalable cloud delivery. Working closely with engineering teams, product management, and business stakeholders, the Senior Cloud Engineer will lead the automation of policy definitions, initiatives, assignments, exemptions, remediation patterns, and compliance validation processes within a modern CI/CD operating model. Key Responsibilities - Senior Cloud Engineer: Design, implement, and automate Azure Policy definitions, initiatives, assignments, exemptions, and remediation workflows across enterprise Azure environments.
