These services are fully integrated to provide end-to-end solutions that span the front, middle, and back-office needs of institutional investors.\nThe Conversion project team plays a critical role in supporting AIS growth and transformation by delivering client onboarding and platform conversion initiatives. Through close partnership with business, operations, and technology teams, the group helps drive operational excellence, scalable solutions, and successful client outcomes across the organization.\nWhat you will be responsible for:\nAs an Associate 2, you will\nIndependently perform conversion activities across multiple funds and workflows.\nAnalyze and resolve reconciliation breaks, pricing exceptions, and data quality issues.\nSupport data migration, validation, and testing activities.\nInvestigate conversion-related exceptions and recommend solutions.\nParticipate in client and internal project discussions as required.\nContribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.\nShare knowledge and provide guidance to junior team members.\nEnsure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.\nWhat we value:\nThis candidate would require\nStrong analytical, reconciliation, and data validation skills.\nAbility to work independently and investigate operational exceptions.\nUnderstanding of fund accounting principles and investment operations workflows.\nWorking knowledge of financial products, including equities, fixed income securities, and derivatives.\nEffective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.\nStrong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.\nAdvanced Excel skills and strong system aptitude.\nContinuous improvement mindset with an interest in automation and process optimization.\nShows a growth mindset by adopting AI and digital tools to enhance ways of working, improve effectiveness and business outcomes.\nEducation & Preferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.\n1-3 years of experience in fund accounting, financial services, investment operations, or system conversion activities.\nKnowledge of accounting concepts, NAV production, and investment products preferred.\nExperience with investment accounting platforms is advantageous.\nAbout State Street\nAcross the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
