These services are fully integrated to provide end-to-end solutions that span the front, middle, and back-office needs of institutional investors.\nThe Conversion project team plays a critical role in supporting AIS growth and transformation by delivering client onboarding and platform conversion initiatives. Through close partnership with business, operations, and technology teams, the group helps drive operational excellence, scalable solutions, and successful client outcomes across the organization.\nWhat you will be responsible for:\nAs a Senior Associate, you will\nLead assigned conversion workstreams from planning through post-conversion support.\nCoordinate fund accounting, operations, technology, and project stakeholders.\nReview and approve key conversion deliverables and reconciliations.\nDrive issue investigation and resolution for complex conversion challenges.\nSupport business testing, parallel operations, and cutover activities.\nIdentify operational risks and ensure adherence to control requirements.\nMentor and train junior team members.\nContribute to process standardization, automation, and best practice development.\nSupport project status reporting and stakeholder communication.\nWhat we value:\nThis candidate would require\nStrong knowledge of fund accounting, accounting controls, and conversion processes.\nGood understanding of alternative investment structures and related financial products.\nAbility to analyze accounting impacts and investigate complex reconciliation differences.\nAbility to lead workstreams and manage competing priorities.\nEffective stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAbility to mentor and support junior team members.\nStrong project coordination and organizational skills.\nContinuous improvement mindset with a focus on process efficiency and automation.\nShows a growth mindset by adopting AI and digital tools to enhance ways of working, improve effectiveness and business outcomes.\nEducation & Preferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in fund accounting, conversion projects, client onboarding, or investment operations.\nStrong understanding of accounting principles, fund structures, and investment products.\nExperience leading workstreams or complex operational deliverables preferred.\nExperience in accounting platforms and knowledge of alternative investment products are preferred.\nAbout State Street\nAcross the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
