Business Analyst - Server Framework, hybrid, Officer
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to lead roadmap execution for foundational backend capabilities within the Charles River and Alpha Platforms.
This role is ideal for a candidate with 4+ years of technical product management experience in application framework development using cloud-native technology, SaaS platform and infrastructure software development, and enterprise-scale architecture. You will be responsible for gathering requirements and performing business analysis for the key projects for core platform services such as containerization, event management frameworks, workflow orchestration, authentication/authorization, and developer enablement tooling.
This is a highly technical role requiring close collaboration with engineering, architecture, and security teams to ensure our platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with the evolving needs of our product ecosystem.

You will join the Platform Core Services team within the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS), a market-leading SaaS platform that powers front-to-back investment workflows for some of the world’s largest financial institutions.
As we scale our platform, your talent will be critical in evolving our infrastructure to support modern development practices, improve operational efficiency, and enable rapid innovation across the organization.
This role requires a hybrid work model - at least 3 days from the office/week.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Collect and refine business and functional requirements from various stakeholders, including clients, engineering, architecture, security, and operations to ensure the server framework's capabilities meet performance, scalability, and compliance.
- Lead product discovery and technical deep dives, translating complex infrastructure needs into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
- Engage with engineering and QA members daily to ensure timely delivery of key projects
- Promote a smooth developer experience, ensuring platform services are intuitive, well-
- Become subject matter expert in coverage area and provide feedback that helps shape the product roadmap and growth strategy
- Support sales, professional services, and support on their activities to enhance client experience and future growth
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in technical product management, platform engineering, or infrastructure strategy within a SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, containerization (e.g., Kubernetes), event-driven systems, and authentication/authorization frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact platform capabilities.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage deeply with engineers and architects.
- Experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise security/compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Advanced technical degree preferred.
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is a plus.
- Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) for Agile project management and collaboration.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
Minimum Salary:
zł132 000 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
