Our products help our clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities.\nWhat you will be responsible for\nAs Alpha ABOR Services, Officer you will be responsible\nFor managingclient satisfactionworking withinternal/externaloperations teamsand stakeholdersto deliver consistent high quality ofourservices.\n\nUnderstanding client needs and agreed deliverables, work with your local andabroad teamsto achieve the common goals,\n\nSupporting service deliveriesfor Account book of Record (ABOR) data and look-throughdata for Alternative funds to disclose the underlying investments in client specific formats.\n\nContributing all the deliverables for responsible client are met in both timeliness and quality.\n\nExecutinginternal/external audits working with your team and HZ operation team.\n\nFor other key duties including but not limited to:\n\nWorking with internal/externaloperations teams and relationship managers to ensure client queries are timely and appropriately responded to maintain client satisfaction levels at high.\n\nThe day to day management, Proactively identifying client needs and addressing potential issues impacting client satisfaction.\n\nParticipatingperiodic KPI / service review meetings and materials preparation\n\nAlways demonstrating adherence to our risk and compliance culture anddemonstrate highest integrity, earning our clients’ trust everyday\n\nUnderstanding client needs and suggesting improved service enhancements\n\nworking effectively withinternal/externaloperation teams to provide enhanced services, creating strong relationships with operations teams.\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nQualifications\nBachelor/ Graduate Degree from University (required).\n\nExperience in the financial services industry (at least 5 years)\n\nFluent in Japanese (required)andEnglish language communication skills\n\nExcellent business understanding oftrustee andalternativefund service.\n\nWorking knowledge oftrustee andalternativefund service.\n\nHighly organized, highly attentive to detail, driven and able to work independently to drive change and excellent outcomes for clients\n\nExperience working intrustee andalternativefund service, or Barra/Aladdin data management.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nAre effective at working across large global organizations to identify those with the knowledge/answers to quickly and effectively respond to client queries and issues.\n\nAbout State Street\nAcross the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
