You will help us build resilience and execute day to day deliverables at our best.\nJoin us if making your mark in the financial services industry from day one is a challenge you are up for.\nWhat you will be responsible for\nAs Unit Dealing Associate II you will\nDevelop a deep understanding of existing mutual fund trading infrastructure and business processes\nAssist with client conversions/start-ups of new client relationships\nWork autonomously with confidence in a fast-moving, complex technical environment\nBuild relationships with colleagues across multiple functional groups\nAssist with business requirements, testing, and implementing new functionality on our trading application in coordination with management team, clients, IT, and the vendor\nResearch and resolve inquiries for clients, trading partners, and internal stakeholders\nEnsure all team deliverables are met within assigned deadlines on a daily basis, document and update procedures and team checklists, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures\nManage the day-to-day activities of a functional team by monitoring, reviewing, and validating all daily activity to ensure accuracy and adherence to controls within tight deadlines\nAssist with client reporting and client projects\nAnalyze internal processes and look to automate, reduce risk, and streamline workflows\nWhat we value\nThese skills will help you succeed in this role\nAnalytical mindset and strong critical thinking\nProblem solving and decision making skills\nConfident & clear communicator with ability to articulate complex concepts to any audience\nHighly motivated with exceptional integrity\nAbility to understand and contribute to documented business and technical system requirements\nEducation & Preferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent\n1+ years’ experience in financial services industry\nSalary Range:\n$41,600 - $66,560 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
