Join us if making your mark in the financial services industry from day one is a challenge you are up for.\nWhat you will be responsible for:\nAs Associate 2 you will:\nEnsure compliance with CMS requirements, including daily and weekly reconciliations for cash, stock, and income.\nIdentify and analyze failed or unmatched trades, determine root causes, and initiate resolution processes.\nGather, validate, and record data from internal systems.\nCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely issue resolution.\nMonitor cash flows, SWIFT messages, and faxes; follow up with relevant teams as needed.\nReview and address client queries related to custody and accounting matters.\nConduct problem analysis, gather relevant data, and provide conclusive recommendations.\nWhat we value: \nThese skills will help you succeed in this role:\nExceptional client service orientation and collaborative team spirit.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nMeticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.\nProven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\nProactive, self-driven approach with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.\nCommitment to meeting deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.\nEducation & Preferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in Finance or a related discipline.\n2-3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in reconciliation, custody, accounting, or trade & settlements.\nSolid understanding and exposure to capital markets.\nAdditional requirements:\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.\nIn-depth knowledge of settlements, reconciliation, fund accounting, and capital markets.\nFamiliarity with SICAV funds and associated accounting processes.\nAdvanced knowledge of settlement-specific processes for securities and cash.\nStrong time management skills with the ability to reprioritize tasks effectively.\nAbout State Street\nAcross the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
