The successful candidate must be skilled in analyzing our complex business service flows across front, middle, and back office operating models, with a focus on data management. They will also be driving the strategic solution design, business architecture, and business solutions/services while driving program/project execution and reporting.\nWhat you will be responsible for:\nEstablish strong partnerships with internal stakeholders in Operations and Technology teams to influence and coordinate cross-functional business data solutions and products, in support of client and business goals.\nPossess strong knowledge of front-to-back Investment management/Investment services with focus on user data requirements.\nConduct reconciliations, data quality monitoring, and data delivery in a timely manner.\nResearch and document data exceptions with appropriate client-focused communication\nWork with business and technology partners to establish clear connections between business goals, strategies, and the data output\nCommunicates recommendations to management/senior business leaders through effective written and oral communication.\nWhat we value:\nThese skills will help you succeed in this role:\nStrong Technical skills with a background in Accounting, Custody, and/or Performance.\nStrategic thinker with strong business analysis and planning skills.\nDocumentation of data and business process flows and defining the business problem, solution, and design using various tools.\nProven experience with business requirements analysis to meet critical business needs, must display an ability to drive tasks through to completion.\nExcellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.\nAbility to think creatively and strategically with a focus on achieving outcomes.\nUnderstanding of data strategy including data lineage, quality, governance and analysis.\nProven related financial services experience.
