Senior Data Integration Developer, you will be responsible for the overall development lifecycle, successful delivery, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Alpha Data Platform services and client data integration solutions.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, implement, and support ETL data pipelines, Snowflake data warehouse solutions, CI/CD deployment pipelines, and data quality/data readiness frameworks.\nPerform hands-on development and troubleshooting activities, addressing code defects, data quality issues, performance bottlenecks, and production support requirements.\nConduct SQL query tuning, optimization, and data load performance improvements to meet SLAs for both batch and real-time data processing use cases.\nInvestigate complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop innovative, scalable, and efficient solutions.\nCollaborate with global teams across APAC, EMEA, and North America to establish design standards, create high-level solution designs, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and support client onboarding initiatives.\nCreate and maintain SDLC artifacts, governance documentation, architecture documents, code review records, unit test results, deployment plans, and Confluence/Jira/Kanban deliverables.\nLeverage advanced SQL debugging and data analysis techniques to resolve defects, support production incidents, and perform root cause investigations while partnering with business and technology stakeholders.\nParticipate in client implementation, production support, and operational improvement initiatives to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.\nManage Git repositories, feature branches, release branches, code merging activities, version control processes, and deployment coordination.\nLead and mentor a team of Data Integration Developers by providing technical guidance, code reviews, knowledge sharing, workload planning, and development support.\nOwn end-to-end delivery responsibilities across the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and post-production stabilization.\nServe as the primary technical point of contact for client delivery and support engagements, coordinating with clients, product teams, operations teams, and business stakeholders.\nDrive project execution by managing priorities, delivery commitments, risks, dependencies, and resource planning to ensure successful and timely delivery.\nCollaborate closely with Product Management, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, Operations, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable data integration solutions.\nLead production support activities, incident management, client escalations, and service restoration efforts while implementing preventive measures to improve platform stability and operational efficiency.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, operational excellence, process standardization, monitoring, observability, and supportability.\nEnsure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, governance processes, security requirements, coding standards, and best practices throughout solution delivery.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Information Technology, or another technical field required.\nExperience\nMinimum 12-15 years of experience in Data Integration, Data Engineering, ETL/ELT, or Data Orchestration services.\nStrong data warehousing concepts and hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Talend Cloud Data Integration.\nAdvanced SQL development, debugging, performance tuning, and query optimization skills.\nExperience designing scalable service architectures and delivering data-driven solutions for client requirements.\nStrong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies, Snowflake Data Cloud, database design, and performance optimization.\nExperience developing and supporting enterprise-scale data integration solutions in cloud-based environments.\nExposure to financial services and investment management domain concepts is highly desirable.\nPrior experience with State Street and/or Charles River Development (CRD) is considered a strong advantage.\nExperience with Qlik Replicate, Qlik Compose, CDC technologies, and data replication frameworks is preferred.\nExposure to third-party market data providers such as Bloomberg, Reuters, MSCI, FactSet, and rating agencies is a plus.\nExperience leading development teams, mentoring engineers, managing work allocation, and driving delivery excellence in a global environment.\nProven ability to own and deliver complex projects with end-to-end accountability across development, testing, deployment, and production support.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, business users, product managers, and senior leadership.\nExperience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms, managing production support activities, and handling client escalations within SLA-driven environments.\nDemonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD practices, DevOps processes, release management, and cloud-native data solutions.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.\nAbout State
