This role is critical to ensuring platform reliability, automation of business processes, operational excellence, and delivery of high-quality services to internal stakeholders.\nWho We Are Looking For\nWe are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient professional with 7-10 years of experience administering and engineering enterprise-scale Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) and ServiceNow environments.\nThe ideal candidate should possess strong platform administration expertise, automation experience, integration capabilities, governance knowledge, and a customer-focused mindset. The candidate must be comfortable working with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, security teams, and enterprise architects to deliver scalable and secure solutions.\nKey attributes include:\nHands-on expertise administering Atlassian and ServiceNow platforms.\nStrong understanding of ITSM, ITIL, workflow automation, and service management processes.\nExperience designing and implementing custom workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports.\nKnowledge of identity and access management, RBAC, SSO, and platform security controls.\nAbility to troubleshoot complex platform issues and manage environments with high availability requirements.\nExperience working in Agile and DevOps environments.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nWhat You Will Be Responsible For\nPlatform Administration & Operations\nAdminister and maintain Atlassian products including:Jira Software\nJira Service Management (JSM)\nConfluence\nAtlassian Marketplace applications\n\nAdminister and maintain ServiceNow platform modules including:Service Catalog\nKnowledge Management\n\nManage system configurations, upgrades, patches, and platform releases.\nEnsure platform availability, performance, and capacity management.\nWorkflow & Process Automation\nDesign, build, and maintain workflows, forms, approvals, and automation rules.\nDevelop and optimize ServiceNow Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and IntegrationHub solutions.\nConfigure Jira workflows, schemes, screens, permissions, and automation capabilities.\nAutomate operational processes to improve efficiency and user experience.\nSecurity & Governance\nImplement and maintain role-based access controls (RBAC).\nManage user provisioning, deprovisioning, permissions, and group management.\nSupport SSO, MFA, LDAP/AD, Azure AD, and identity integrations.\nEnsure compliance with organizational security standards, audit requirements, and governance controls.\nConduct periodic platform access reviews and security assessments.\nIntegrations & Development\nBuild and maintain integrations between ServiceNow, Atlassian tools, and enterprise systems.\nSupport REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, and integration frameworks.\nDevelop scripts and automation using JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies where required.\nTroubleshoot integration failures and performance bottlenecks.\nMonitoring & Reporting\nDevelop operational dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting.\nMonitor platform health, usage, performance, and adoption.\nImplement proactive monitoring and alerting mechanisms.\nSupport audits and provide evidence for compliance reviews.\nStakeholder Engagement\nPartner with IT, Security, Engineering, and Business teams to understand requirements.\nProvide platform consultation, best practices, and technical guidance.\nLead or support platform enhancement projects and service improvement initiatives.\nMentor junior administrators and platform support personnel.\nWhat We Value\nWe value professionals who demonstrate:\nOwnership and accountability for platform reliability and service quality.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nContinuous improvement mindset and passion for automation.\nCustomer-first approach to service delivery.\nAttention to detail with a focus on security and compliance.\nAbility to simplify complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.\nStrong collaboration across geographically distributed teams.\nCommitment to operational excellence and fostering innovation.\nEducation & Preferred Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.\nPreferred Certifications\nAtlassian Certified Professional (ACP)\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)\nWork Requirement\nExpected to work 3 days in from base location per week\nSalary Range:\n$67,000 - $109,750 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
