As a Regulatory Reporting Specialist you will have exposure to many client relationship management aspects with an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast moving financial services environment.\nWe are seeking a Regulatory Reporting Specialist to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant regulatory submission, preparing, validating, and submitting regulatory reports to EU regulators, while supporting regulatory change initiatives and maintaining strong governance over reporting processes.\nNote -The role requires a minimum 3 days/ week working from office\nWhy this role is important to us\nThe team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Services (SSGS). From core custody, accounting, fund administration and shareholder recordkeeping, to complete operations solutions and servicing for alternative assets like OTC derivatives, private equity and real estate, SSGS’ tools help our clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities.\nFinancial and Regulatory Reporting department is responsible for preparation of monthly, quarterly, half year end and year-end financial statements for investment funds\nJoin us if making your mark in the financial services industry from day one is a challenge you are up for.\nWhat you will be responsible for\nPrepare, review, and submit regulatory reports to relevant EU authorities.\nDeliver recurring and ad-hoc regulatory reports in line with EU regulations. Perform data validation, reconciliations, and variance analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness. Investigate data issues, root causes, and implement corrective actions\nSupport regulatory reviews, audits, and supervisory requests\nMonitor reporting deadlines and ensure on-time, error-free submissions.\nDevelop and build up a strong relationship with internal and external clients.\nEnhancing Client Experience by improving technology, increasing competitive advantage by continuous improvement and product development.\nEnsure sufficiently trained staff is available to service the client/s and deliver quality service.\nAssume responsibility for the implementation of client specific projects (new business development review, planning & roll out) and client onboardings.\nEvaluate current methods and strategies. Professional accounting qualification and/or Master’s degree\n2-5 years of experience in Regulatory and Financial Reporting, Fund Accounting\nSolid understanding of EU financial regulations\nFluent English.\nAdvanced Excel skills; SQL or data querying experience is a plus\nMinimum Salary:\nzł87,000 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
