This position has responsibility for the review of Annual and Semi-Annual Financial Statements as well as monthly/quarterly reports for Alternative Structures (Private equity / Real Estate / Debt funds) and Hedge funds under Lux GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS.\nUnder the supervision of the “Unit Head - AIS Financial Reporting”, the team member will play a key management role when ensuring that quality deliverables are sent to our clients for their Alternative Structures (Private equity / Real Estate / Debt funds) and Hedge funds under Lux GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS. The AIS Financial Reporting team leverages a delegated service model with part of the functions outsourced to our outsourcing locations (Hubs). With senior team members’ guidance, the Senior Associate will guide the Hubs according to the department and bank’s strategy.\nIn close relation with the other Financial Reporting Leads, the Senior Associate will ensure that the assigned client-base (incl. the related stakeholders: auditor, translator, printer, regulator, etc.) is serviced according to best practice and market standards.
