He/She will also provide engineering troubleshooting assistance to customer support teams and other development teams within Charles River.\nThis is an opportunity to work within a very strong, senior level engineering team and help to develop challenging new products in the financial space.\nThis job is a hybrid role with at 3 days in the office per week, which you can perform from our offices in Krakow and Gdansk.\nWe are seeking a strong Full-Stack Developer with strong front-end experience in React and Java knowledge on the backend to join CRD Front Office Trading department in building and maintaining large-scale enterprise applications. The role focuses on building robust, scalable and secure front-end solutions using React with some working knowledge of Java backend systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in large codebase, following enterprise development standards and collaborating across multiple teams.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using React.js\nImplement reusable, responsive, high-performance UI component employing frontend architecture patterns\nImplement software programs, applications using Java\nIntegrate React applications with Java based backend services\nWork closely with UX, backend, QA and DevOps teams in a structured enterprise environment\nParticipate in backend development tasks such as API integration, minor enhancements and bug fixes\nEnsure application performance, security and scalability standards are met\nEngage in the agile software development process and participate in code reviews, sprint planning and release activities\nWrite unit and automation tests to ensure a high-quality end product\nTroubleshoot production issues and provide timely fixes\nQualifications:\nRecommended Education:\nB.S. degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, and Physics or other technical course of study required. MS degree strongly preferred.\nRecommended Experience:\n2-5 yrs of experience of working with React and Java\nExperience with React Hooks and component-based architecture\nExperience with JavaScript/Typescript, DOM, Modern CSS3\nExperience with prominent React/JavaScript libraries including Redux and RxJS.\nExperience with object-oriented programming (JAVA and/or C#), relational (RDBMS) and non-relational databases\nExperience integrating REST and WebSocket APIs\nStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset\nGood written and verbal communication skills\nKnowledge of Azure, Micro Services, Micro-Frontend architecture will be a plus\nExperience working in financial services will be a plus\nMinimum Salary:\nzł132 000 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
